Spiritual concepts explained in simple words

There are legions of self proclaimed guru's outside ourself filling the internet, ceremonies, teaching spaces and spaces meant for education with bla bla, because many of them , from what I have experienced try to explain things they themselves don't fully understand. Many therefore get caught in the dynamics which have turned many ideologies and religious practices and beliefs into power dynamics based on the ignorance of their followers.

A teacher is meant to serve from a place of understanding and a deep love for the subjects in their care.

Since misunderstandings of spiritual concepts run rampant, I decided to write a few basic spiritual concepts turned into modern-day new age wordings down and explain what is factually meant by them. These I place not only through the lens of what I have been though but more importantly through my own experience and understanding of the concept. This experience and understanding allows me to describe and explain these concepts in a simple way, or at least I have tried to. I do this so you can hopefully use them to your own benefit in bringing more light of understanding, more ease and pleasant energy's to your journey and hopefully your life.

Simply the sacred feminine tribe way.

We can speak in terms of modern day, so called spiritual language or simplify, in the sacred feminine tribe way. I have chosen the sacred feminine tribe way; In other words, how I, Ilanga have understood and applied these into my life since my early 20's.

Let start with the self. Me, myself and I. These are all part of who you experience yourself to be. They are not the full scope of the satellites of the self, but generally speaking the more understandable aspects familiar to us in daily life. When it is about ME, there are often wants, desires, possessions, battles, misunderstandings involved and ME often reflects how we engage with life. Someone did something to ME. Something was taken away from ME, Something has hurt ME. an externally focused lens, can often be found with Me.

Myself is the part in how we relate to life. That what experience has brought into our life and which allows us to reflect outward, when applied from our own experience.

I, the observer, the cheerleader. The higher experience is the awareness of the one within ourself who creates our world. The accountable part in present observation of life and our role within the constellation of things. I do, I experience( an emotion), I am , I witness, I know and I feel.

The self is the basis and the most complex to fully grasp and intimately know.

Self discovery. The more you become aware of yourself and take out a minimum of 10 minutes a day to breath, be present with yourself and truly look into your emotions, your way of acting , you will learn a lot. If you take out time to observe patterns in the world and dynamics of certain things, this will deepen your understanding greatly. This is called awareness practice.

Self liberation and the limbs When we no longer allow external situations from the past to define who we should be, but journey towards the person we have always been, leaving must do's and rules behind which came from outside ourself, and truly start seeing life from our own perspective, connected to the source which lovingly guides our actions: This is called Authentic self

By choosing to be who you are without external validation, having worked on releasing your pain and misconception about who you truly are, You start living life on you own terms with deep love and respect for the person you are.Simply the being what you are. Living from your beingness. This is called embodiment.

When you practice for a few moments a day to bring attention to your self, your speech, your choices, the very things you do which create a specific dynamic during the day, without pressure or judgement, you can train yourself in stopping the way you would normally respond and consciously choose your reaction to a situation. When you have ultimately find how to consciously choose your responses to everyday situations and challenges instead of being ruled by external circumstances, your center remains undisturbed. This is called mastery of the self.

Abundant blessings in ancient wisdom readily available.

There are many teachers rooted in ancient spiritual traditions who have understood life through deep observance and correct insight into the meaning of things. A few of them have shared the practices of self discovery with us in writing, enabling us to walk a similar path towards who we are as individuals, our interconnectedness to the whole, with deep realizations of what this means. Our own experience helps us to appreciate life as the sacredness it is.

Responsible teachers. I personally recommend accepting guidance , in writing or in person from teachers who are focused on building your personal strength with deep respect, acknowledgment and in freedom of the person you as an individual, are. Those who strengthen your sense of self, show you the way in and encourage your personal freedom and integrity together with te accountabilities which come with self mastery, to me are true lovers of the soul and humanity.

Everyone should feel free to choose the teacher most suitable for their growth, since freedom comes with responsibilities. it is up to you, Toni Morrison once said; to choose your responsibilities. Freedom is that; it enables you to choose your responsibilities.

Your choices reflect the responsibilities you are willing to take on. Awareness of this can safe you a lot of energy as you go.

With every choice, we choose our own responsibilities, choose a you grow.

blessing, Ilanga
